As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

April Living Stone – Keith Harris

Keith Harris  – April  2011   Tree of Life Living Stone

Keith Harris lives by the motto:  Do The Next Right Thing.  And the next right thing for him  is to serve The Lord!  He faithfully sits at the computer each Sunday morning and runs the screens for the service.   He is also involved in the Food Pantry Ministry, helping with unloading the truck twice a month and distributing the food on give away day!  Keith has a great attitude with life and we are so grateful to honor him as our April Living Stone!

Back Pack Servolution Project

As one of our Servolution projects in April, we collected toiletries for the homeless and put them into back packs.  Thousands of items were collected.  We gave away 43 back packs.  A simple way to share God’s love!  Thank you to all who participated in this worthy cause!

Free Hugs – Servolution Project

On Saturday, April 9, 2011, several members of The Tree of Life Church met in front of Big Lots to give out hugs.  It was amazing how that simple gesture of kindness brought forth such an abundance of smiles and overall love.  Sharing God’s Love Through Simple Acts of Kindness.

State of The Tree – April 3, 2011

On Sunday, April 3, 2011, Pastor Andrew gave us The State of The Tree Address, sharing all that God has done at The Tree this past year, what he is doing now and what will continue to be done.  It was a great reminder of how faithful God is, and a wonderful example of the fishes and loaves story.  We gave God the little we had and he blessed it and increased it immeasurably!  Thank you Jesus for all you are doing at The Tree of Life Church!  Different ministry and servolution areas were set up, it was a fun atmosphere and a great way for everyone to be involved.

March Living Stone – Matt Adams

Tree of Life – March 2011 Living Stone – Matt Adams

Matt Adams loves to serve The Lord.  On Sunday mornings you can usually find him behind the camera, filming the service.  During the week, he stops by and changes the sign for us or spends some time with Jerry editing videos or audios.  During Christmas decorating, he can always be found helping Gwen, his wife, make the church look festive and fun.  Matt is an all around good guy who does whatever he can do to make things better at The Tree!

As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering  spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

February Living Stone – Jerry Stevens

Jerry Stevens – February 2011 – Tree of Life Living Stone

Jerry Stevens has a heart to serve.  His desire to serve God is so deep, that he actually left his home and his job in North Carolina, and moved to Naples to help us here at The Tree!  Jerry has been busy since he arrived, helping out with the video and the sound system, and anything else that needs his attention.   Jerry is an “anything I can do – use me” sort of guy and for that  we thank and honor him this month as our Tree of Life Living Stone!

As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering  spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
