One Thing

one thing But one thing I do. Forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead.  (Philippians 3:13)

The Apostle Paul knew a lot about God.  Yet his ‘one thing’ advice was to forget the past and move into the future.

I let the past destroy my life for over 18 years.  I mulled over and over again my mistakes.  I didn’t receive God’s forgiveness and I let the lies of the enemy tell me I would never be good enough for God to love me, because I didn’t love myself.

But no more.

Today I press on … forward motion with Jesus!
